The Creative Grids 18 Degree Dresden Plate Ruler cuts 20-petal round or pointed Dresden Plates from strips with no fabric waste. Sew all 20 segments for a full plate, or combine five segments for round or pointed fans. Each petal can be cut up to 8-1/2in, creating Dresden Plates up to 16-1/2in. Centre circle template included.
